Over the years, a child's romantic ideals about death blossom into necrophilia, the study of embalming and the most profound relationship of her life.
Sandra Larson has always been fascinated by the entire sensory experience surrounding death: its touch, smell and look. As a child, she would search out dead animals and perform ritualistic burials. As a young woman, Sandra gets a job at Wallis Funeral Home, first as a general assistant, then progressing to study to become an embalmer. At the funeral home, she begins to take her fascination with death to the next level by becoming a necrophiliac. But she also begins her first ever relationship with Matt, a medical student, with who she is totally open about her necrophilia. He finds this aspect of her compelling. He becomes all consumed with her as she is consumed with dead people. The questions become how far he will take this fascination with her to understand fully what is going through her emotional being, how far she will allow him to go, and how far can her feelings for him extend as a live being.

A mysterious man, who calls himself Cain, withdraws from the world masquerading as a holy man and brings with him a young girl, Innocence, promising that they will soon reach paradise, where Monsieur Nature reigns. The non-narrative story is an allegory follows the adventures of a man in a cat-mask. He is seen, variously, rescuing people or raping women, or tenderly reassuring a young girl. In short, he is an unpredictable element. He joins forces with someone (Sterling Hayden) who is taking a raft around the world, or maybe out of the world. Highlights of the film are the short scenes which appear with their color the right way 'round.

Passion Despair. 2011.
 Steff Gruber's documentary film portrays the Swiss photographer Daniel Leuenberger, who lives in Moldova and specialises in photographing girls aged between 9 and 14.
Daniel has caused much controversy with the photos of his models which he sells via the Internet. Daniel's critics base their argument above all on the fact that the majority of his customers are pedophiles.
Daniel Leuenberger too finds himself marginalised and pushed to the edge. In the film he talks about how he deals with his feelings, about prejudice and about his work as a photographer of girls. The film raises questions of how images are used and their effects in a world increasingly dominated by the media.
In addition to Daniel's work as a portrait photographer, the film concentrates on the daily struggle for survival of Moldovan families and life in the officially non-existent neighbouring state of Transnistria. The small state, in which half a million people live, is hermetically sealed off from the outside world. Police and secret service are omnipresent; any opposition is nipped in the bud. The film shows how the mostly fatherless families in these two countries find ways to survive.
The film premiered at the Gdansk Dokfilm Festival 2011.

DE. Der Pionier Adam Ledermann hat eine ausgefallene Idee, er will Blumen für den Mond züchten, damit die Menschen, die einmal dort arbeiten werden, auch ihre Freude haben. Von seinen Freunden wird er als Spinner bezeichnet, aber als er Partner findet für sein fantastisches Projekt, Landwirtschaftsflieger Kondensmaxe und Professor Vitamin, werden auch die anderen vorm Forschungsdrang erfasst. Komplizierte Experimente werden gemacht, auch Fehlschläge müssen verkraftet werden. Aber Begeisterung, Einfallsreichtum und Ausdauer führen zum Ziel: eine wunderbare Mondblume.
EN. Adam, Evchen, and Manni are looking at the moon through their home-made telescope. Evchen isn't interested, and dismisses the moon as a lump of cheese. Manni, who is a big fan of technology, sees satellites and a car driving over the moon's surface. But Adam hears the moon speak, and hears it ask for flowers to cover its surface. From then on, Adam is determined to breed a kind of flower that can grow on the moon. Although he is made fun of at school and is yelled at by his father, who develops extra-nutritious vegetables for Professor Vitamin, Adam keeps trying. Eventually things take a positive turn. Kondensmaxe, in his airplane, finds Professor Vitamin's old magic greenhouse. It turns out the Professor was herself concerned with developing such a flower, before the war, and is willing to assist Adam in his research. Manni and Evchen support him every step of the way, and so does Adam's grandfather. Eventually Adam's mother even convinces her husband to assist the children...

影片由北京世纪喜讯文化发展有限公司和意大利的Downtown Picture联合出品。讲述3岁男孩方枪枪的成长故事，从孩子的视角看大人的世界，折射出了一些社会问题。
本作是继2003年《我爱你》之后张元第二部改编自王朔小说的电影作品。
由于爸爸工作的原因，虽然很不情愿，但从小和奶奶一起生活的方枪枪还是被爸爸送到了一所有几百名小朋友的幼儿园里。幼儿园里的老师看起来挺和蔼可亲的。
在幼儿园的第一天李老师在方枪枪不知道的情况下剪掉了方枪枪的小辫子，方枪枪因不想剪头发而被李老师命令所有的小朋友抓住它。在“我这是为你好”的劝导之下把方枪枪其余的头发都剪短了。这个幼儿园里有一个制度，就是给听话的孩子发小红花，班里有一个的光荣榜上贴小朋友们的小红花，每天统计一次。每天总共有5朵小红花，分别是不尿床、自己穿衣服、上厕所、洗手、不讲话。班里的各项评比都会与小红花挂钩。
EN. Qiang is a four-year-old little rebel, possessed of a pair of luminous eyes and a precociously indomitable will. His father deposits him at a well-appointed residential kindergarten in post-1949 Beijing, since his parents are often away. Life at the kindergarten appears rich and colourful, made up of a variety of cheerfully sunny rituals and games meant to train these children to be good members of society. But it's not so easy for Qiang to adapt to this kind of carefully organized, minutely scrutinized collective life. A fierce individualist in miniature, he tries but fails to conform to the model his teachers enforce. Yet he still craves the reward that the other students win: the little red flowers awarded each day as tokens for good behaviour. But Qiang doesn't win any flowers: he can't yet dress himself, and doesn't play together with the other kids. He even dares to talk back to the strict Teacher Li and Principal Kong when they try to impose some discipline on him. Gradually, his charisma and bravado start to win over his classmates: their stealthy little rebellions gain steam when he succeeds in convincing everyone that Teacher Li is a child-eating monster in disguise. When their attempt to capture her is thwarted, Qiang's resistance develops a more disturbing dimension, and he is forcibly ostracized from his companions. Will he succumb to the adult-enforced conformity around him, or will he insist on growing up his own way, by his own rules?

In these difficult times, during the middle of summer, his only help is his computer Vedi. מדוזות / Meduzot (the Hebrew word for Jellyfish) tells the story of three very different Israeli women living in Tel Aviv whose intersecting stories weave an unlikely portrait of modern Israeli life. Batya, a catering waitress, takes in a young child apparently abandoned at a local beach. Batya is one of the servers at the wedding reception of Keren, a young bride who breaks her leg in trying to escape from a locked toilet stall, which ruins her chance at a romantic honeymoon in the Caribbean. One of the guests is Joy, a Philippine chore woman attending the event with her employer, and who doesn't speak any Hebrew (she communicates mainly in English), and who is guilt-ridden after having left her young son behind in the Philippines.

Fernand est solitaire, observateur, différent des autres adolescents de son âge tout en leur étant si proche. Il a quinze ans, l'âge des regards furtifs, du mensonge et des rêves infinis.
Madame Boirin est elle aussi solitaire, fugitive, ambiguë à l'encontre des amies de Fernand, Georgette la douce et Christine l'allumeuse. Répondra-t-elle a l'intérêt que Fernand lui porte ? Elle qui pourrait être sa jeune mère.

Iris. 2000.
Maria, a seven year old girl who lives on the island of Ustica, has forgotten her mother’s birthday, and only remembers it when she sees her brothers presenting her with two bunches of wild flowers.
To make amends, she immediately sets off to buy some irises she had spotted in the market down at the port that morning. Luckily the flower-seller still has some left, but Maria only has enough money for one iris.
So she sets out to raise some money, which takes her all over the island and all afternoon.
Not to be beaten, she decides to go and look for her father, knowing that he will give her the cash she needs for a whole bunch. But the tiny island seems so huge, and Maria has a hard job finding him. She meets all kinds of people on the way who put her on different tracks, but in the end she gets more flowers than she bargained for.
