A 12-year old boy (Isham Samzudeen) is accused of the murder of one Courtseen. His father was a retired judge (Ravindra Randeniya) and his mother (Piyumi Samaraweera) was also a famous magistrate. The movie depicted a controversial scene where child and his mother both get into a bathtub nude. After the child overcomes the initial shock of seeing her mother completely nude, insists on breastfeeding - a request which then the mother forcefully turns down. The film was banned due to issues of incest, murder, rape and contempt of court.

Urwisy z Doliny Młynów – telewizyjny serial dla dzieci, produkcji polsko-zachodnioniemieckiej, nadawany po raz pierwszy na przełomie lat 1985 i 1986. W roku 1986 powstał jego trzynastoodcinkowy sequel pt. Klementynka i Klemens – gęsi z Doliny Młynów.
Przygody – czasami zabawne, innym razem dramatyczne – grupki dzieci na typowej polskiej wsi.
Zrealizowany w koprodukcji polsko-zachodnioniemieckiej pogodny serial o przygodach grupki dzieci, mieszkających na wsi (zdjęcia realizowano w malowniczych plenerach w Dąbrowie nad Czarną, a także w piaskowych pieczarach koło Sulejowa). Największą atrakcją okolicy jest zabytkowy młyn wodny, który dla rozbrykanej gromadki staje się wspaniałym miejscem zabaw. Jak to zwykle bywa na wsi, jej równoprawnymi mieszkańcami są - obok ludzi - zwierzęta. Nic zatem dziwnego, że mali bohaterowie zaprzyjaźniają się z nimi. I tak płyną im wspólnie dni. Niemal każdy z nich niesie ze sobą nową, niesamowitą i niespodziewaną przygodę. Dziecięca wyobraźnia sprawia bowiem, że nawet zwyczajne wydarzenia nabierają posmaku bajkowości i tajemnicy. Dzięki talentowi małoletnich aktorów oraz reżysera Janusza Łęskiego ("Rodzina Leśniewskich", "Na tropach Bartka", "Przygrywka", "Janka") owa aura niezwykłości szybko udziela się także widzowi.

Grasshopper Island. 1970.
Grasshopper Island is a British television serial for children created by Joy Whitby. It was first broadcast in 1971. It was filmed on location in London, Milford Haven and Corsica.
The series centres on three brothers, nicknamed Toughy (wants to be a soldier), Smarty (clever), and Mouse (likes cheese). Their real names are not revealed. Presumably orphaned (their parents are never seen or mentioned), they have lived with a succession of different people – 'some nice and some nasty, but no-one who they liked in particular'. Being boisterous, adventurous and imaginative, they are regularly in trouble and consequently resent their situation. Eventually they decide to run away to sea. After escaping, they hitch a ride courtesy of the bizarre Elderly Boy in his converted lifeboat. They eventually arrive on an apparently uninhabited island, where the Elderly Boy abandons them, and they set up home.[1] After a while they discover that the island is home to the eccentric grasshopper expert Cornelius Button and his feisty housekeeper Lupus. After making friends with their new neighbours, they join forces with them to defeat the unsavoury Doctor Hopper, who wants to destroy Button's reputation and seize Grasshopper Island. Afterwards, they decide to stay on Grasshopper Island permanently.

L'école est finie. 1979.
Julien Villebois (Bertrand Waintrop) a 15 ans, ses doigts sont tachés d'encre et il porte un gros cartable sur le dos. Il vit entre le Lycée et, justement, l'atelier de sculpture d'Erick, son cousin, avec son charme désuet, ses statues inachevées et ses baies ouvrant sur un jardin en friche. Entre les deux décors, la maison, et sa mère qui ne font parties d'aucun des deux mondes. Nathalie Thuillier (Corinne Dacla), elle, a seize ans et travaille, seule, par correspondance. Pour Nathalie les études s'achèvent déjà. Elle vit avec sa mère qui tient un petit commerce et avec son grand-père. Elle aussi connait l'atelier d'Erick, lequel se transforme parfois en professeur de piano pour gagner sa vie. C'est donc là que Nathalie et Julien se rencontreront, se découvriront et s'aimeront. Ils vivront quelques instants d'un automne qui leur paraitra éternel. Et, pour aller jusqu'au bout de sa tendresse, le très jeune couple décide d'avoir un enfant.
